All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your trip dates; the balance is due 14 days prior to the trip. Full refunds will be given on cancellations 60 days in advance or if, due to inclement weather, Bow River Hookers cancels the trip. 50% of deposits will be refunded on cancellations 30 to 60 days in advance. Trip dates may be changed within the calendar year, without penalty, on 30 days notice. Cancellations within 14 days of the trip will result in forfeiture of all funds.

Upon receipt of the deposit for your trip, Bow River Hookers will send you an in-depth questionnaire so we are prepared for your arrival and can fashion your trip to meet your expectations. Only Bow River Hookers provides this kind of personalized service.

All trips include pick up and return to either your hotel or a predetermined meeting place, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Unless specified, trips also include a hearty mid-day lunch, all flies, and any fishing gear needed for your trip. Not included are angling licenses and a gratuity to the guide.
